Since the beginning of 2002, the Hotel Margarita have been taken over from Panayotis and Linda Fatseas by two young Frenchmen, François and Frédéric. Whilst retaining the very particular atmosphere and charm of the house, they have sought to add a few irresistible French touches. For example, for breakfast, you can have home-made croissants and pains au chocolat as delicious as those sold in the best Parisian boulangeries. At any time of the day, you can enjoy a light snack of fresh quiches and mouth-watering tarts, all made on the premises in the hotel’s little kitchen. François and Frédéric are always available with helpful advice to make stay easy and pleasant and to make sure that you appreciate to the full all charms of this wonderful island.
